Places to visit

We are ideally situated for walking and cycling. Close to the "Dalesway" and the "White Rose Classic" cycle route.

Addingham village is a 5 minute drive away or 1 mile walk across the fields. Here there are a number of pubs, a tea room and several local shops.

Other local attractions within a 15 minute drive include Bolton Abbey and Strid Wood, Skipton Castle, Ilkley's Cow and Calf rocks and some lovely shops and restaurants. For the rail enthusiast there are Steam railways from Bolton Abbey to Embsay and the Worth Valley Railway from Keighley to Haworth in the centre of Bronte Country.

For those wishing to partake in sporting activities there are several golf courses nearby, fishing on the river Wharfe and horse riding to mention but a few. We can organise these activities for you if you wish. We also have a tandem which we are happy to hire out to you.
